Teachers 360: Inter-School Teachers’ Quiz Competition
JHPS, Hyderabad and JHPS, Global Learning teachers participated in Teachers-360 an Inter-School Teachers’ Quiz Competition organised to commemorate Teachers’ Day. The event brought together educators from across Hyderabad in a unique celebration of knowledge, learning, and professional camaraderie.
The teaching fraternity from across Hyderabad on a single vibrant platform with 62 teams registering from 15 schools. As they were competing the atmosphere was charged with excitement, intellect and bonhomie.
The Quiz was masterfully conducted by the celebrated quiz master, Mr. Giri Balasubramanian, fondly known as “PickBrain”, who with his wit and energy made the competition both challenging and enjoyable. Teachers Ms. Pallavi Saxena and Ms. Tanmayee from JHPS, Global Learning advanced to the final round and won Third place, adding to the excitement and making the experience even more memorable.
The occasion was graced by eminent speakers who shared profound insights for the road ahead. Ms. Sri Vidya Reddy, Chairperson of G. Pulla Reddy Educational Institutions, inspired one and all as she spoke about the need for continuous self-development. She remarked that the true goal is not just to create ‘better teachers’ but to help every teacher become a better version of themselves.
Dr. Chandra Shekhar, Director, Teacher 360 Hyderabad Chapter, highlighted the evolving role of educators in the modern classroom. He beautifully stated that classrooms are where the future of the nation is moulded, and teachers and students together are the co-creators of that future.
Beyond the thrill of quizzing, Teachers-360 was a celebration of reflection, connection and shared vision. It reinforced the importance of inter-school collaboration and lifelong learning. Participation in an enriching event reaffirms in nurturing and empowering teachers beyond classrooms.
