WEBSITE REPORT ON CLASS-8 & 9 FIELD TRIP

The students of Class 8 & 9 from Jubilee Hills Public School, Hyderabad, embarked on an enriching field trip to a Horticulture and Floriculture Centre. The visit aimed to provide hands-on learning about plant cultivation, types of flowers, gardening techniques and the importance of sustainable agricultural practices. Students were fascinated to observe a wide variety of flowering plants, ornamental species and medicinal herbs. They also interacted with experts who explained modern techniques like greenhouse cultivation, drip irrigation and composting, enhancing their understanding of how science and nature work together to nurture plant life.

The trip was both educational and enjoyable, encouraging students to appreciate the significance of greenery in maintaining ecological balance. It helped them connect theoretical knowledge from their science lessons with real-life applications. The experience inspired many to take an interest in gardening and environmental conservation.
