WEB REPORT VIRTUAL PARENT ORIENTATION – NURSERY TO CLASS 1
Jubilee Hills Public School organized a Virtual Parent Orientation Programme to warmly welcome the parents of newly enrolled students for the academic year 2026–27 from Nursery to Class 1.
The Principal, Ms. P. Kanchana Valli, set the tone with her heartfelt message and introduced the session by outlining the school’s core policies and procedures. She emphasized on the importance of 3C’s as Communication, Cooperation and Collaboration which strengthens parent-teacher partnership for students’ success. She also said that the crucial role of parental involvement during the formative years of a child’s education, highlighting that support at home should encompass not only academics but also the nurturing of moral and ethical values and the inculcation of discipline.
The Primary Headmistress Ms. Vidhu Mohan enlightened the parents with the academic processes and assessments through a visually engaging PowerPoint, the school walked parents through its academic framework, facilities, student successes, and the vital importance of co-curricular activities in today’s education, MCB-Parent Portal for Parents and also about Ms Teams to attend online sessions.
The Director, Ms. M. Varalakshmi, shared her perspective on the collective efforts needed to ensure student success. She emphasized the importance of mutual understanding between school, parents, teachers and encouraged working in close collaboration. According to her, this unified approach of the 5C’s – Character, Compassion, Creativity, Communication and Confidence is essential in guiding students toward holistic development and academic growth.
Ending on a participatory note, the session opened to parent queries and ideas. Their voices were not only heard but respected and answered with care by the Director. This orientation was not just a meeting it was a reaffirmation of a shared journey.
