DUSSEHRA ASSEMBLY

Lighting up the festive spirit, Jubilee Hills Public School celebrated Dussehra Special Assembly in the school premises. As we know Dussehra is celebrated in diverse ways in different parts of our vast country. The festival celebrates the victory of good over evil, an important lesson for every child.

The programme started with a skit by tiny tots taking turns to play an act, a portion of the great epic Ramayana. The highlighted message of the skit was how to respect and obey elders. It is important to maintain a calm composure in difficult times.

This was followed by Batukamma dance performance by little dancers who rocked the stage.

The significance of the festival was told by teachers in the classrooms to students.

The progamme was a learning experience for all and enriched the young minds about the heritage and culture.
