WEBSITE REPORT CONSTITUTION DAY
Jubilee Hills Public School, Hyderabad marked Constitution Day on November 26, 2025 with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervour. The celebrations aimed to instil constitutional values and promote awareness about the Indian Constitution among students.
The special assembly began with a collective recitation of the Preamble to the Indian Constitution, reaffirming students’ commitment to justice, liberty, equality, and fraternity fostering a sense of responsibility and unity. Students presented a thought-provoking skit highlighting Dr. B.R. Ambedkar’s role in drafting the Constitution and its significance in modern India, followed by a vibrant dance performance showcasing the country’s rich cultural heritage and the spirit of unity in diversity. The activities like Quiz, Debate, Rangoli designs were conducted depicting the themes of Constitution’s core values that encouraged critical thinking and public speaking skills. Students took part in a lively ‘Prabhat Pheri’, spreading awareness about constitutional values and promoting national pride.
Principal, Ms.P.Kanchana Valli, in her address emphasized that, ‘The Indian Constitution’, is the longest living document, a testament to the vision and foresight of its makers. It is not just a law of the land, but a living expression of our collective aspirations, emotions, and values.
The event emphasized the importance of upholding democratic principles and the role of citizens in nation-building.
